Over two exciting days (Monday and Tuesday) we welcomed high-potential talents from several Elevion locations to our Mistelgau site for a special leadership workshop. Together with Andreas Dünow and Kathrin Kunzelmann from “Die Potentialentwickler”, the focus was on developing leadership skills in an interactive way.💡
Group sessions on emotional intelligence explored self-awareness, social awareness, and effective relationship management. A fireside talk with our CTO and CFO offered insights into leadership and corporate culture, followed by a shared dinner. 🍴
During a presentation of the HERMOS Group and a tour of our switchgear facilities, participants gained behind-the-scenes insights into our site. A highlight was the knot challenge, mastered in record time through strong teamwork. 🪢
