Today, we introduce our site manager – Christian.
In his role, he acts as the central interface between our team and the client on the construction site. Christian coordinates collaboration among all parties involved, participates in meetings with the client as well as with the technical trades, and ensures transparent and efficient communication.
On site, he organizes the execution of the work, coordinates subcontractors, and monitors adherence to the schedule. In close coordination with the commissioning managers, he plans upcoming measures and ensures optimal use of resources.
Thanks to his interdisciplinary experience, Christian acts confidently and independently, making a significant contribution to the on-time, high-quality, and plan-compliant realization of our projects.
