Today, we would like to introduce our colleague from the Assembly & Commissioning department – Carolyn.
As Project Manager, Carolyn independently organizes our construction sites and coordinates assembly planning for all projects within the Eching Business Unit. She leads her team, maintains close contact with customers and suppliers, and ensures that schedules and budgets are met.
From negotiating with clients to overseeing construction and commissioning, all the way through careful documentation and final acceptance – Carolyn always keeps the overview. With her strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement, she plays a key role in the reliable and successful delivery of our projects.
