Today, we’d like to introduce you to our site manager—Roman.
Roman oversees the technical management of the construction site staff and ensures that processes are carried out in a structured manner on site. He coordinates workflows on site and ensures that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
In addition, he oversees the final inspection of construction projects, reviews construction documents for completeness, and supports work planning. As the point of contact for our clients, he documents change requests and actively incorporates suggestions for improvement into our processes.
With his flexibility and organizational skills, Roman lays the foundation for smooth project execution on the construction site.
