Energy audit
As of December 5, 2015, all non-SMEs are required to conduct an energy audit. A repetition must take place at least every 4 years. The main component is the energy evaluation. For this purpose, an inventory is made with suggestions for optimization potential, including economic consideration. There is no obligation to implement the improvement measures. The energy audit is therefore to be seen as a preliminary stage to ISO 50001.
