Your Tasks

  • Organizing international business trips, including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and rental cars
  • Coordinating with clients and project teams regarding travel requirements, contacts, and deployment locations
  • Handling visa applications, safety documents, and assignments in collaboration with HR
  • Sending and tracking travel documents, including collecting feedback from commissioning engineers
  • Processing service and travel expense reimbursements, including document collection and coordination with internal departments
  • Providing team support for hotel bookings, customer inquiries, and travel expense management
  • Acting as a key contact for project-related organizational and travel matters

Your Profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
  • You already have experience in travel management, project assistance, or office organization.
  • You are highly organized and service-oriented.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office applications.
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
