Your Tasks
- Organizing international business trips, including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and rental cars
- Coordinating with clients and project teams regarding travel requirements, contacts, and deployment locations
- Handling visa applications, safety documents, and assignments in collaboration with HR
- Sending and tracking travel documents, including collecting feedback from commissioning engineers
- Processing service and travel expense reimbursements, including document collection and coordination with internal departments
- Providing team support for hotel bookings, customer inquiries, and travel expense management
- Acting as a key contact for project-related organizational and travel matters
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
- You already have experience in travel management, project assistance, or office organization.
- You are highly organized and service-oriented.
- You are proficient in using MS Office applications.
- You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
