Your tasks

Manufacturing Department / Training Group in the area of switchgear construction / electronics technician for operating technology

Practical & theoretical guidance of the training group
Contact person for questions and concerns of the trainees
Organization of the daily work of the training group
Participation in development meetings
Accompaniment of trainees
Support in the further development of our training strategy
Responsibility for internal exam preparation
Communication with various training providers

Your profile

Completed training in an electrotechnical profession, preferably electronics technician for industrial engineering
Several years of professional experience in the field of switchgear construction
Additional qualification as industrial foreman including instructor aptitude test
Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Outlook
Very good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken
Independent and result-oriented way of working
Pleasure in imparting knowledge and motivating young people
High degree of social competence
Ability to work under pressure, in a team, organizational skills & assertiveness
