Your tasks

We are a successful team based in Suhl and specialise in automation and monitoring in the field of water supply and disposal at municipal level, airports and energy generation. If you are interested in a varied job in a dynamic environment, then this position could be just right for you.

Supporting the team in commercial project management, including tender preparation, order processing and invoicing
Monitoring and coordination of project processes and ensuring timely implementation
Contact person for customer enquiries and order changes.
Maintaining the customer database and updating project documentation
Close cooperation with other departments such as sales, purchasing and branch management

Your profile

You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in commercial project management would be an advantage for you.
You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
You are characterised by your organisational skills and your structured way of working.
You are also team-orientated and have good communication skills.
A good command of written and spoken German rounds off your profile.
