Your tasks

Introduction & support of Office 365

Technical & organizational planning and implementation of Office 365 for the HERMOS Group.
Support of our employees in the optimal use of the functionalities of Office 365 for the optimization of processes
Planning as well as implementation of user trainings
Supporting our employees with user questions and independently solving occurring problems
Assumption of further tasks according to your skills and expansion of your competencies

Your profile

You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.
You have knowledge in the implementation or support of Office 365
You have a good command of written and spoken English
You are interested in processes and the organizational structure in a medium-sized company and enjoy supporting colleagues with IT issues
You have a high level of commitment and a friendly manner
