Year 1: Vocational training
You alternate between company and vocational school & write your intermediate exam at the end. You develop and test SW applications, take care of troubleshooting and train users.
From year 2: Study in Hof
From now on you will only be in the company during the semester break.
Semester 1-3: Basic studies
Mathematics, basics of programming, …
Semester 4: Advanced studies
Modules in the areas of information systems, IT security, multimedia, computer graphics, automation, …
The final examination to become an IT specialist after semester 4
Semester 5-7: Practical semester
Project work at the university & bachelor thesis, cooperation with IT core development
You have your high school diploma in your pocket, are currently studying or want to reorient yourself
You are enthusiastic about innovative technologies from the software and/or hardware sector
You are characterized by team spirit and flexibility
During your dual studies you will be directly involved in our core development team, get to know different programming techniques and gain insights into the HERMOS development philosophy. From the advanced studies on you will specialize in one topic, e.g. automation, IT security or user interface programming. After your graduation you will independently supervise a FIS# software module and develop it further in an innovative way.
