Your tasks

Accounting: Entering and checking incoming invoices
Purchasing: triggering of purchase orders and follow-up
Contact with suppliers and project managers: Editing and updating master data or articles
Computer work: working with the company’s ERP system, accounting software, Excel, Word and Outlook

Your profile

Your favorite subjects are economics and mathematics (English also welcome)
You are interested in business processes in a global technology company
You are communicative, a team player and like to work in a structured way
You have a secondary school diploma or a good qualification for university entrance

The apprenticeship

As an industrial clerk (m/f/d), you will be responsible for all business management tasks. At HERMOS, your focus will be on purchasing and accounting. In addition, you will gain insights into other important operational processes, such as accounting, human resources and marketing.
