Your tasks

Assembling and installing:
You will learn how to adjust, assemble, wire and connect control technology assemblies and devices, as well as how to adjust components through mechanical processing. From time to time, the finished systems must be installed on site and handed over to the customer.

Measuring and testing:
Measuring and calculating electrical variables is part of your job, as is checking control systems.

Configuring and programming:
In addition, the configuration and programming of control systems, the installation of software is also an important part of the training.

Documentation and optimization:
During and after completion of the control cabinet, acceptance and test reports must be created, which form the basis for the development of optimized processes.

Your profile

  • You have a secondary school diploma or a good qualification for university entrance
  • You enjoy the subjects math and physics
  • Electronic and logical understanding are a matter of course for you
  • You are communicative, a team player and have manual skills

The apprenticeship

Your main task as an electronics technician for industrial engineering is to install, set up and repair systems and machines. At the beginning of your training at HERMOS, you will learn in our training group how a switchgear is manufactured using a construction plan. You will learn how to test, measure and adjust systems, assemblies and machines so that they function optimally for our customers.
