Your tasks
Main area of responsibility
- Electrical assembly of switchgear according to circuit diagram or with pre-assembled cable harnesses
- Production of mechanical components for switch cabinets
- Recognizing and rectifying circuit diagram errors
- Professional execution of circuit diagram modifications
- Recording of accompanying work documents for switchgear systems
Field of activity during the absence of the workshop manager
- Contact person for questions and concerns of colleagues (m/f/d) in the production area and colleagues (m/f/d) from other departments
- Control and planning of work processes and production sequences
- Organization of the daily work routine in production
- Monitoring & ensuring quality standards and production deadlines
- Ensuring that safety regulations and company regulations are adhered to
- Participating in development meetings
- Accompanying new colleagues (m/f/d) and trainees (m/f/d)
Your profile
- Completed training in an electronic profession, preferably electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of switchgear construction
- Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Outlook
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
- Independent and results-oriented way of working
- High level of leadership and social skills
- Resilience, ability to work in a team & organizational skills
