Your tasks
PRODUCTION/TRAINING GROUP
- Practical guidance of the training group
- Contact person for questions and concerns of the trainees
- Organization of the daily work of the training group
- Participation in development meetings
- Accompanying trainees
- Support in the further development of our training strategy
- Assistance with internal exam preparation (by proxy)
- Communication with various training providers (by proxy)
Your profile
- Completed training in an electrotechnical profession, preferably electronics technician for industrial engineering
- Additional qualification as industrial foreman and instructor aptitude test highly desirable
- Several years of experience in switch cabinet construction
- Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Outlook
- Very good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken
- Independent and result-oriented way of working
- Ability to work under pressure, in a team, organizational skills & assertiveness
