Your tasks
- Commercial sparring partner for all business units at the Mistelgau site and support for the management at the site in business management control
- Development and expansion of controlling instruments, such as monthly reporting including preparation of presentations, target/actual comparisons, variance analyses, investment calculations and ad hoc evaluations
- Analysis and evaluation of business development, development of company-specific key figures and identification of options for action and optimization measures including their prioritization
- Introduction and implementation of planning processes, such as budget planning, monitoring and forecast preparation
- Monitoring of liquidity and working capital planning
- Support and collaboration in special projects relevant to controlling
Your profile
- Completed business administration or comparable degree, preferably with a focus on controlling or accounting or comparable training
- Ideally about 3 to 5 years of professional experience in controlling in an industrial company
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office, in particular MS-Excel as well as consolidation software
- Very good understanding of ERP systems
- Analytical thinking and understanding of complex interrelationships as well as a structured and systematic way of working
- Proactive, innovative and winning personality with good presentation and communication skills
- Initiative and pleasure to integrate quickly, as well as to build relationships and networks
- Good command of written and spoken English
