Your Tasks
- Assembly of control cabinets as well as commissioning of technical systems, control units, and field devices – both in-house and on-site at customer, partner, or supplier locations
- Performing electrical, signal-related, and functional tests, including accurate documentation of results
- Configuration and parameterization of technical devices, control systems, and system components
- Systematic troubleshooting and fault resolution within the scope of the above-mentioned activities
- Independent documentation of all work steps during preparation, execution, and follow-up phases
- Mechanical and electrical assembly as well as wiring of control cabinets
- Carrying out modifications and adaptations to existing customer systems
- Execution of assembly and installation work in industrial environments
- Performing maintenance, service, and repair activities on systems and equipment
Service assignments are primarily located in the Dresden/Saxony region, with approximately 30% travel throughout Germany. A company car will be provided for these assignments.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training in a technical profession (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Installer, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology). Career changers with relevant technical qualifications are also welcome.
- Practical experience in control cabinet manufacturing as well as the commissioning of technical systems and control units is an advantage.
- You have knowledge of the mechanical and electrical assembly of control cabinets, as well as installation and assembly work.
- You are confident in the use of common measuring and testing equipment.
- You possess knowledge of configuring and parameterizing devices, control systems, and field technology components.
- Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting and fault resolution characterize your way of working.
- You are willing to travel and work on-site at customer locations, as well as with partners and suppliers.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Manual dexterity and a solid technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems complete your profile.
