Your Tasks
- Commissioning the complete building automation system of newly constructed industrial facilities – from initial functional testing through to final handover
- Parameterization and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) and their integration into higher-level supervisory control systems
- Integration, connection, and testing of energy and utility meters (e.g., electricity, heat, and water) within monitoring and reporting systems
- Performing functional, signal, and integration tests in the field of measurement, control, and automation technology (I&C / HVAC controls)
- Commissioning and fine-tuning of automation stations, controllers, and field devices (e.g., for ventilation, air conditioning, and energy distribution systems)
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues during the commissioning phase
- Supporting minor modifications to electrical and automation schematics
- Preparing, maintaining, and handing over technical documentation (e.g., meter schedules and test reports)
- Close collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, and other trades on construction sites
- Providing customer support and technical consulting throughout the commissioning process
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed training as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d).
- Career changers (m/f/d) with an electrical engineering background, strong technical understanding, and an interest in building automation are also highly welcome.
- Practical experience in an electrical engineering environment or in industrial/building systems is an advantage.
- You are eager to develop your knowledge in the field of Measurement, Control, and Automation Technology (I&C / MSR).
- Ideally, you have gained initial exposure to automation systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), metering technology, or monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and control systems is beneficial but not required.
- You have a solid technical understanding of energy and building systems and their interrelationships.
- A structured, independent working style and enthusiasm for solving technical challenges characterize your approach.
- You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills in a project-driven environment.
- A valid Class B driver’s license completes your profile.
