Your tasks

For our team at Elektro Hofmockel GmbH & Co. Elektroanlagen KG we are looking for a commercial manager/Head of Finance & Administration (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

The position of Head of Finance & Administration (m/f/d) includes the commercial management of the Hofmockel company and ensuring that all commercial and administrative processes run smoothly.
The focus of the tasks is on commercial project management and controlling. In addition, the position includes tasks and support in accounting, human resources and the optimization and modeling of commercial processes.

  • Commercial project management/project controlling
    – Creation of orders, plan/actual comparisons of project costs
    – Issuing outgoing invoices
    – Claim and supplement management
    – Ensuring the flow of information into the commercial systems (e.g. project time recording, incoming invoices, outgoing invoices, etc.)
  • Coordination/assistance of accounting (valuation of HF, organization of inventory, data flow of incoming and outgoing invoices, fixed assets, provisions, etc.)
  • Calculation and monitoring of hourly rates (in cooperation with the Group)
  • HR topics in cooperation with the management and the parent company (e.g. time recording, contracts, recruiting)
  • Continuous improvement of company processes in cooperation with the management and the parent company
  • Disciplinary and professional management, coordination and motivation of the associated employees

Your profile

  • You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or similar.
  • You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • You have experience and personal competence in employee management.
