Your tasks
Limited to 1 year (parental leave replacement)
from approx. April 2023
- Handling of shipping management from transport inquiries with forwarding agents, to order placement, to delivery bill creation
- Preparatory, administrative activities for the colleagues in production and sales, such as construction plan folders or creating parts lists
- Preparation of all necessary documents for invoicing
- Telephone and written correspondence with suppliers and customers
- Maintenance of the time recording system
- Keeping of various cash books
- Organizational activities for meetings, company events, training and other areas necessary for a smooth daily routine
- Assistance with quotation preparation and order processing
- Work platform ERP system
Your profile
- Completed training in a commercial profession (e.g. industrial or office clerk (m/f/d)
- Economic way of thinking and acting
- Very good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken
- Independent, structured, result-oriented and self-reliant way of working
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, ability to work in a team, reliability, punctuality, communication skills as well as a friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Confident handling of common MS Office products, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
