Your Tasks

Preparing quotations for spare parts, upgrades, and after-sales services
Monitoring and managing projects in the after-sales sector
Providing customer support via phone and email (national & international)
Documenting and archiving technical documents, maintaining ERP systems and master data
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and process optimizations

Your Profile

You have completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, and have experience in technical inside sales or after-sales
You have solid knowledge of ERP and MS Office systems (Excel, Outlook)
You work independently and in a structured manner
You are flexible, resilient, and have strong communication skills
You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
