Your Tasks
- Preparing quotations for spare parts, upgrades, and after-sales services
- Monitoring and managing projects in the after-sales sector
- Providing customer support via phone and email (national & international)
- Documenting and archiving technical documents, maintaining ERP systems and master data
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and process optimizations
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, and have experience in technical inside sales or after-sales
- You have solid knowledge of ERP and MS Office systems (Excel, Outlook)
- You work independently and in a structured manner
- You are flexible, resilient, and have strong communication skills
- You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
