  • Development and implementation of a sales strategy for FISenergy together with HERMOS and the Elevion Group
  • Profitable development and expansion of business with the defined HERMOS and Elevion Group accounts
  • Management of the sales pipeline including forecasting and the systematic development of new opportunities
  • Generating and evaluating leads and opportunities with the involvement of the parties involved
  • Management of the FISenergy quotation process
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships, ensuring CRM quality
  • Carrying out win-loss analyses
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives

The position of Sales Manager (m/f/d) can be performed with a focus on new customer sales as well as with a focus on partner management.

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in software sales and industry experience, ideally in energy data management (EDM)
  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable field of study
  • You have experience in developing sales strategies as well as knowledge of sales processes and sales methodology (solution selling, account planning, etc.)
  • You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Very good technical understanding and a strong IT affinity for the software business are an advantage for you
  • You are characterised by a high level of personal responsibility, a willingness to travel, a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
  • You are a confident negotiator and have excellent rhetorical skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
