Your tasks

Personnel recruiting area

Independent implementation of the entire recruiting process: from advertising to interviews to hiring
Working in partnership with department heads to formulate job and requirement profiles and select candidates
Active candidate search via direct sourcing, social media and other networks and channels
Identification of new innovative recruiting trends and derivation of suitable measures as well as further development of our recruiting strategy in cooperation with the marketing department and HR management
Assistance with the introduction of a digital applicant management system
Organization of and participation in personnel and training fairs

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training with additional qualification in HR or corresponding studies with focus on personnel management
ideally several years of practical experience in recruiting and active sourcing of specialists and executives
profound knowledge of common MS-Office tools (especially Excel)
High level of initiative and creativity, independent and results-oriented work and reliability
Confident communication skills – good English skills
Desire for networking and process development
German language level at least B1
