Your tasks

  • Creation, updating and implementation of QM concepts
  • Implementation of the measures in the operational business
  • Documentation of the results of its analyses as well as maintenance of quality manuals
  • Monitoring of the work processes
  • Organization, preparation and follow-up of QM audits at all HERMOS AG locations
  • Cooperation with QM representatives of the HERMOS branches Marktl, Munich and Schnaittenbach
  • Support of company-wide projects such as introduction of new intranet incl. wiki/document management system

Your profile

  • You bring relevant professional experience in technical plant engineering, ideally with a focus on quality management.
  • Your experience in the implementation of DIN ISO 9001:2015 distinguishes you.
  • You have a successfully completed training in the industrial-technical field as well as further training in the field of quality assurance.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Your strengths are your reliability, organizational skills and quality awareness.
  • Independent working style and strong communication skills complete your profile.
